The Day After
Mood:  a-ok

Today is my first blog on Lycos. Woohoo. I usually use Xanga but I decided to try this after stumbling across an article in EW.

So today is the day after the Fourth of July. The day where we ignite fireworks to show our Patriotic sides.
After seeing Michael Moore's film, "Farenheit 9/11" the idea of Patriotism, to me, is tarnished. I know that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But listening to what some of those soldiers were saying was like a slap in the face. But the other part of me realizes that they're trained killing machines. Basically brainwashed into accepting and fulfilling their orders. The documentary was awesome, but sickening.

Anyway, that's kind of my political ramble. After that, I don't have much to say, about politics. I'm kind of sleepy because I text messaged till about 2:15 in the morning. So everything I type I have to reread a couple of times to catch the errors.

I'm sorry for the sporadic rambling. I'm just typing about whatever comes to mind.

So Christian Bale as the new Batman. I'm stoked. If people read this, what are your thoughts?
